Our products cannot be returned or exchanged except in cases where you have received an item in a damaged or defective condition, or if you have been sent a product different from the one described in the invoice. In such cases, the return should be made with original packaging tags, labels, original packing, without tampering of the serial number, and along with any freebies and accessories. The return must be initiated within two (2) days from the date of order delivery. You can follow these simple steps to initiate your return within two (2) days of receiving the order:
The refunded amount, if paid online, will be processed within seven (7) working days. For COD payments, the refund will be issued within fourteen (14) working days.
I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?
Our shipments go through a rigorous quality check process before leaving our logistics partner's warehouse. In the rare event that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request a replacement or cancellation and refund by following the steps outlined above.
Note: Replacements are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, Byoli Studio will refund the full amount.
Cancellation before shipment:
If the order or item(s) you wish to cancel have not been shipped, you can contact our customer support team at help@Byoli Studio.com or chat with us.
You can also cancel your order via the orders section on the Byoli Studio site.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within seven (7) working days after the cancellation request is accepted by us.
Once the item has been shipped or handed over to the delivery partner, the order cannot be cancelled.
